No. You are right. They will not allow Iran to be a nuclear power. If exhaustive diplomacy fails on this issue which is going on from all angles fails, there is possibility of an attach on the nuclear installations of Iran. They will do it to avoid Israel going for the attack.

I do not think that he will attack Iran. Right now there is a division among the Muslim world with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan opposing Iran. An American attack will unite them and it will be advantage China. He might change his diplomacy and accept Iran as nuclear power
