I think Obama has a lead. He may not have done much to revive the economy which is the bread and butter of people on which prosperity of a nation depends, like the turnaround miracle that Clinton did in his first term after the shambles of the Kuwaiti war left by senior Bush. But he has managed to hold on, not letting the economy go into a tail spin again. The problem is that, Romney doesn't have any unique original ideas of his own except criticising the democratic party or presidential policies. He hasn't come out with a plausible strategy that can make the U.S leapfrog from the present mess of stagnant growth or creating employment or reduce the deepening debt that U.S has piled on, closing on the hundred percent of GDP.

I guess, Americans are left with the same choices as we are of choosing the lesser devil who is likely to bring in the least damages rather than doing the maximum good. Even though the gap is narrow, there isn't any indication of Romney overtaking Obama unless so ...more
