I am having intense sexual problems.When i was 12, I started doing masturbation a lot.

12 is the correct age to start masturbation, and liquid comes out is also common phenomina and hence nothing to worry. During age increases, your problem may also go away. Dont' worry too much now, concentrate on studies.
