I am a pre-diabetic patiencent of 49 yrs, i like to know the rules to follow in my life, i.e DO & DONTS in daily meal, and which type or exercise to be attended to - please.

Mr. Vineeth Pillai,
I say Nothing Specific(It May shock You). But it is correct according to me. Most of us keep worrying about the occured disease and increase your a) worries b) expenses c) unwanted Habits(which was not present earlier)
Answer is STOP WORRYING, BE HAPPY, HELP OTHERS, DO YOUR REGULAR ROUTINE JOB, TAKE SOME EXTRA TIME TO DO SIMPLE EXERCISE, CONSUME ATLEAST 2-3 LITRES OF WATER. FINALLY EVEN IT IS AMRUT, TAKE THE LIMITED AMOUNT AND EQUAL INTERVALS OF TIME IN A DAY.
