Any remedy to reduce sleeping / the amount of sleep required ??

It is a habit to be cultivated. u have to gradually reduce by doing something really interesting at that time. keep increasing it by 15 min per week or 10 days. if u find it hard try to continue for 15 to 20 days.

Gopakumar sir is correct.kids need 10-12 hours sleeping and adults need 8 hours of sleeping.

Reducing sleeping time is injurious to health hence please do not try to reduce the sleeping hours.
