Now hariyana govt is plaaning to take action against Khemka. what should he do. I think this will give wrong message to youngesters. and generate corruption.

It is nothing new in India. Every state and central govts adopts such practice bcoz the voters here don't want honest officers. Don't blame the party in power. It is the voters who r to b blamed & a toothless judiciary.
