Similarly, shifting out of Jairam Ramesh is also seen as handiwork of some Industrialists as he had purchased some teeth into his otherwise defunct ministry! But the so called reshuffle, made no statements about Govts intentions. It was just a game of Topi - Topi !!

Gurudas kamat has made a blunder according to me. he had the greatest opportunity to address mumbai's & maharashtra's water problems as also0 for the whole country. we all know the the essentiality of water in our lives. by doing something concrete in this regards, he would not only receive kudos form his own state but also would have become a national figure by doing a good job in this ministry. A good case of the cart before the horse.

64 yrs back Churchill said---"Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues, freebooters; all
Indian leaders will be of low caliber and men of straw. They will
have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight amongst
themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles. A
day would come when even air & water would be taxed in India."

It has become true....how can we expect better behaviour from those power - holders !!
