Bangladesh is facing a lot problems that have been created by their Par-military Forces (Bangladesh Rifles (BDR)) - Have you ever tried to understand our Para-military Forces also (This has reference to my question No.2)?

Paramilitary forces are the most stretched lot as they have to be on the ground during war and peace time situations as well. It does take a heavy toll on them. Even in India there have been numerous cases where CISF gaurds have gone trigger happy and fired at their commanders for reasons which could very well have been controlled. We need to seriously look at the human side of such jobs. Psychological counselling and better leave and working conditions are a must if we have to expect better results from these paramilitray forces. They are indeed doing a marvellous job but we are not doing our share of duties for them.
