Yes, it is a political trade game going on & all are trying to get the best deal for themselves. Shame to see such low things going on in our political system!!

Bihar is slowly developing and Nitishji is setting right the govt.machinery which was paralysed by Lalluji.
It is bargaining power in politics to demand more funds for development. Only corruption and scams are shameful.
