In our country a Coalition Govt. is not effective at all. The allies start blackmailing and the Govt. becomes a mute spectator. In such circumstances the Prime Minister is reduced to just a symbol head with no powers to implement his policies. So how does it matter if A, B or C becomes the Prime Minister on BJP ticket.? It is well known that a majority for any party is most unlikely in the coming election.
