Q.
News report : Tamil Nadu Youth Congress activists appear to be under the impression that Time magazine (a US publication) is part of the Times of India group. So, they tore up copies of TOI during a protest against a Time magazine report which carried a photograph of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh labeled "Underachiever".
If this is an example of how literate the next generation of our leaders is then can we expect them to improve the country better than the present generation?
