May be. SBI serves for the poor and carry out govt policies. HDFC serves for the rich and super middle class.

HDFC Bank has earned its name by its good service. More than that, SBI has helped HDFC Bank to gain its value, by their deteriorating service.

Right from day one that this bank was established it was much better than state bank of india. i am one of the first account holders of this bank and i never felt unsatisfied with the services before that i had an account in SBI also for two years and whenever i visited their branch a fight was an integral part of my visit/
no such experience ( dirty one ) with HDFC
