Q.
Need your advice Suppose your manager has assigned a work to you. Everybody (Including TL and Team Member) aware that the work would take near about 7-10DAYS to FINISH!
Suddenly your Manager came down at your desk after 1.5day @ afternoon to see the progress of the work and He/She has expressed his/her desire that he/She wants this work by TOMORROW!!!!!
Now when you and your TL are trying to explain the complexity of the work, then your Manager revert back to you like Guys, I would take half a day to complete this kind of work and you guys are taking so long!!!!!!!!!! Please Advice.

Complete the work as for as possible and submit.
Let him return with quarries....!!!
