Nature has cure for every illness...is that true?

It is not true. It is just a saying. There is no cure for many diseases. In such cases, death is the only 'cure'.

Yes. In olden days there is no such scientific development, Even now a days all medicines are based on the nature (herbs, shurbs and trees). The olden people 200 years ago they were healty and death rate also less. Tge current medicines are the modification of the nature things only.
