We can not belittle any one in the lot. All had their ups and downs.
1) It was Narasimha Rao who was the harbinger of globalization of the Indian economy, which saw India maki8ng rapid strides in infrastructure development, technological advancement through foreign technical collaborations, and catapulting India to9 the fast track of growth.From the yoke of the strangulating license raj, India woke up to the era of liberalized economy, ushering in modern technology in every field, when the Indians were content with the technologies of the fifties.
2) Vajpayee, had the guts to stand upto the combined blackmailing and threatening might of the US led West , who threatened to choke all channels of foreign aid if India made any attempt to join the Nuclear Club of the world,testing Nuclear bombs.Predictably, the whole West and US suspended all foreign aid, India braved the move, and marched on, unmindful.
