It may eat a little but each vehicle category have their own unique strengths. Two wheelers is great for city use and frequent use especially for an individual - though in some cases a car may serve this need. There will always be a market in the bottom of the pyramaid.......whether Audi or Ferrari sells or not the evergreen ones like a maruti or a nano or say a hero honda splendour or a TVS scooty for that matter will always be selling and will always have a market.
Its all about needs and how these are fullfilled. Two wheelers have their own unique advantages over cars especially in a country like India where roads can become very congested, invonvenient and bad for cars. The two wheeler will always remain especially in a country like India.
