I want to visit Vaishnav Devi.. I would be going by train to Jammu...Can you suggest some good travel agents for cab hire from Jammu to Katra?
also suggest some good places to visit around katra?

Hi i think u r so lucky to visit vaishnav devi. The best places to visit jammu & katra are:(1) ' patnitop' a famouse hill station it will take 3&half hour from katra.
(2) Shiv Khori 70 kms. from katra.
(3) Bahu fort 5 kms. from jummu.
(4) Shri Raghu Nath Temple of J&K & of katra.
(5) sudh mahadev.
(6) Budhha Amarnath Temple.
(7) Kaul Khandoli 9kms. from jummu

As you step out in Jammu Tawi Station, there are numerous cabs and even mini buses for Katra. While in Katra - visit small town Reasi if you are interested to see rural life
