There are many and it would be unfair to single out one to head the list. Right from Naushad to Salil Chaudhary, Shankar-Jaikishan, Roshan, SD Burman & RD Burman Jaidev... But no place in my list for A.R. Rehman. I don't care much for his music. He was selected by the West for political purposes and you know what I mean, since then with their herd mentality, people have started calling him 'great' , 'king' etc.

Music of the film is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy Vijay Lalwanis Karthik C alling Karthik has rocked the people with its amazing tunes. This Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone starring film has songs like Jaane Ye Kya Hua, Uff Teri Adaa, Kaisi Hai Yeh Udaasi and more.!!!
and evergreen is A.R Rehman.... the best...

There are so many right from Naushaad to Madan Mohan to Shanker Jaikishan, Salil Choudhry,Hemant Kumar and many more.I cannot single out any one.I like them all!
