Film-makers Abbas-Mustan are the masters of the thriller genre in Bollywood. The brothers, whose middle name is Alibhai and last name is Burmawalla, began their career in the year 1985 with a film titled 'Sajan Tara Sambharna'. They then directed 'Moti Veerana Chowk' in 1987 and 'Agneekal' in 1989. They then directed several Hindi films such as 'Khiladi' (1992), 'Baazigar' (1993), 'Daraar' (1996), 'Soldier' (1998), 'Baadshah' (1999), 'Chori Chori Chupke Chupke' (2001), 'Ajnabee' (2001), 'Humraaz' (2002), 'Taarzan: The Wonder Car' (2004), 'Aitraaz' (2004), '36 China Town' (2006), 'Naqaab: Disguised Intentions' (2007), 'Mr. Fraud' (2007) and 'Race' (2008). They have produced two films, 'Evano Oruvan' in 2007 and 'Life Partner', which releases in 2009. They worked as second unit directors or assistant directors on the 1978 film 'Ganga Ki Saugandh'.
