He is the one who made Indian Constitution post Independance and the mascot of Mahar- Dalits (121 st Birthday today)
So being a leader his BD is declared as Holiday !! Political consideration Moreso he is awared a Bharat Ratna in 1990 posthumously I!
Dalit-lawyer-Leader -Architect of Indian Constitution-Receipient of Bharat Ratna- so all makes him to be the reason for us NOT WORKING !!

Because Bab Saheb Ambedkar is as respected figure as JLN. In fact Baba Saheb Ambedkar fought for his community more than Jawahar Lal Nehru and in much adverse conditions.
