AP High Court granted bail to Rama Raju brother of Ranalinga Raju former MD of Satyam and three others accused in the multi crore Satyam scam-----news. Is it a prelude for Ramalinga Raju too getting bail? Your views?

I am not bothered if they got bail or not but all the money they made illegally in the scam should be confiscated and used to build schools and hospitals in the poorest ares of AP! And they should have to do social work for the rest of their lives or be socially ostracized.

It was a matter of time before bail was given. as per CBI the maximum possible punishment for the crime is 3 or 4 years. obvisouly then the others will face a lesser sentence and if the case is going to go on for years together, they cant be in Jai for more than the no. of years they will be ultimately convicted!
