My Wife is working and have opted for a LIC policy. She will not be claiming the premium in her tax filing. Can i claim the amount in my tax filing ??

If u claim rebate u can receive a notice.
Only then u need to explain the matter.
If they are satisfied, then alls well.
Otherwise u file revised return.

Priovided the money has been paid from your own bank account if the premium is paid from your wifes account then U cannot clain the tax benefit
