Could uncle be with age gap of 18 yrs,consentd by his wife/your parents,having no male issues,then Hindu rituals of DATTA-HOMA followed by registration at district registrar office of giving and accepting of parantage could be evatuated .After registration,the copy of document known as ADOPTION DEED will work-out for change of parantage,ration card,certifiates of all kinds.

Adoption ke alag alag niyam hain alag alag communities ke liye. 'hemant' naam se to Hindu lagte ho, lekin 'hemant' naam ki ID se bahut sare Musalman bhi yahan vichar rahe hain. Isliye tumhare Q ka A dena sambhav nahin hai.
