Q.

My sister has been feeling sick often. Someone who recently paid her a visit said that the pooja room should not be in the same room as the bedroom. Also her head is directly above the lamp which she lights in front of the gods. The friend said that lamps are lit on top of the head of only the dead and departed people before taking them for their final rites. Is it true?
