MY QUESTION IS ?
ARE THE SO CALLED EMPOWERED WOMEN , THOSE WHO EARN AND HAVE SOME STATUS NOT BEING RAP#ED ? TAKE THE CASE OF USA , one third of the women in military have been rap#ed and majority sexually harassed ?

Those who are truly Empowered with their abilities and skill do not get ra**ped.. but those who are pseudo-empowered as Preferential Laws and thru appeasement are ra**ped even if they are in the decisive placement..

Military is different.. sexual harassment is different in Military and should not be compared with rest of the society..

The study found that almost 12 million men and women are affected by sexual assault in the United States each year; that means 24 Americans are ra*ped or abused every minute.
This happens only when women do not take care of modesty

No, it is not necessary for women to feel safe in any part of the world for any reasons ,as people having dirty thoughts and dirty minds , exist every whether in army of our living society ,who make use of the opportunity if got, of abusing ,hurting and exploing women ,who consider women just as commodity.....!
