What difference between open ended & close ended mutual fund . what it makes effect to the investor . at present i have invested in franklin tax shield growh & hdfc tax saver growth , even in reliance natural resources & relaince equity advantage fund & sbi infrastructure - above is investment is good or not. whether i have to go for dividend option or growth ? which option will give maximum returns ? why they are taking entry load ? please advise

in open ended u can withdraw ur investment whenever u like.in close ended schemes u cannot or rather can but have to to pay huge penalty.rnrf,sbi are good equity diversified schemes.if u wish to get the amount of profit after some days go for dividend option and if u wish to get the accumulated money at o9ne time go for growth
