Q.
My neighbour is a rough and tough business man. His son works with him but is very cultured and well behaved. The father feels that the boy is not suitable to take over business from him
Question - Why do parents think that they are the best models the world and their children cannot be effective unless they also have similar style of working?

Generation gap is playing the havoc. Old generation feels, they are the most experienced and hold no confidence with youngsters to run the show. But that is ignorance of the old. Present generation have more exposure than the old and in general scale, they are capable of handling matters better than the oldies.
