My mother having property , father not having anything. i am the only son & one sister . mother gave all to my sister . can i claim for my share .? how many part legaly i will get. we are christians.where i have to go justice . i don't hve children

If it is made by self earning by ur mother than she can make a will but if it is ancestral than u can claim

If the property is made by your mother by her efforts, then she has all the right to give it to anyone she pleases. But if it is ancestral property inherited by her, she must distribute it among her children and then can ask for your share.
