They had rather not marry... i wudnt advise it. I am not comfy with both the age factor & their blood relationship.

In southern part of India, marriage in maternal relations is allowed in many of the castes & age is just the number. I don't think there should be any problem BUT it is proved scientifically that even far blood relation marriages also create genetic problems in future generations sometimes.
