My friends from Gujarat say that Narendra Modi is very popular in Gujarat but India is not Gujarat and he will find it very tough to become the next PM of India. What do you say?

It may be correct.. because he needs to get adequate no of seats in the Lok Sabha from different states.. how many states are comfortable for BJP? If you take a statewise counting, it would be tough for him... it all depends how their leaders campaign for the next election.. they need to convince the people of India that unlike any other leader, Modi can deliver much.

I say he has leader ship qualities and a very futuristic vision which manhy other politicians dont have.
But the real say will be by the people of this country.

Media plays very impt. role in enhancing or damaging the social/political image, now a days. These days Modi is being covered maximum. If his past is forgotten by people, he may become next PM - for how many days that his actions will decide.

Modi has become a myth of Hindi Belt but sufficiently ignored in large part of South and East India.
His prospect for PM is doubtfull.

Yes..he is very popular in gujrat and now in northern india and graph of his popularity and acceptance is increasing rapidlly.
14 years ago Maximum of people was dont even know his name but suddenly he became a real life example of *phata poster nikla modi* still it is very difficult for him to be PM but with support of other regional parties of south he can claim atleast.

Yes he is very popular in Gujarat. Otherwise he would not have become the CM of that state for the third consecutive term. Whether he will become PM of India is difficult to say.
