Hey thats really sweet of you to be concerned about your friends skin. Tell her to try out branded anti-ageing skin solutions which will be available in the market, if not that then tell her to check out skin care clinics like Kaya Skin Clinic. They are very effective and are reasonably priced. Check their products online and try it out if it suits you.

Let her walk daily morning and evening her skin will glow and glitter also let her consult a dietician.Have oil bath.Five phos 12X a homoeo tonic she can take regularly .Have fresh air, do yoga ,deep breathing , meditation will make her young and energetic. sleep for 8 hrs .

Dear Alisha,

You can suggest following things to your friend to fight with the problems of ageing.
Drink plenty of water and consume a lot of Vitamin C and omega 3 (obtained from flax-seed and fish) in your diet. Use a radiance moisturizer that suits your skin type and re-apply it every few hours to keep your skin moisturized.

It is always good to drink plenty of water
avoid too much fat and oily food
take fruits
do exercises regularly-to a certain extent all these are good solutions for skin problems.

* Sufficient /balanced -fat-free foods.
* 30 min. exercises/jogging everyday
* Controlled sex-life
