Hi! Your friend should increase the intake of-
Carbohydrates like rice, bread, pasta, cereals and fruits.
Proteins like chicken, fish, egg white, soya, dairy products, lentils and pulses
Good fats like olive oil, fish, nuts and avacados.
Have a fruit and nut milkshake every evening.
If a supplement is then required, I recommend a consultation with a nutritionist.

No supplement is reqd. Ur frnd shd take plenty of rice & sweets & make ownself less active.
