My friend has signed a service bond of 1 year with a software company if he breaks the bond then he will have to pay Rs. 50,000 but he has now find company is engaged in some mal practices and he want to leave the company what to do

Even if the company is indulging in malpractices, he should not get involved in the same. If they force him to do anything wrong, he can quietly complain to the police. Since he has signed the bond to serve them for one year, he will have to continue at least till the bond period. Otherwise, they will make him pay the bond amount of Rs.50,000/-.

Its not your frnd but you ;) don't worry, just stop going to office, nothing will happen. the bond is only to intimidate you.
