My father has two wives. one is dead and one is alive. first wife has one daughter and a son while second wife has two sons. then what will be the division of paternal property according to Indian Law?

It will be two thirds for all sons and one third for the girl child after your fathers demise,
but in case he chose to divide now , it will be equally divided among the four. this is as per the islamic sharia. pls. consult a mufti or a lawyer who deals with sharia
if father dies , mother is entitled to 20% of the property.
or else , if father is alive , he can divide as he wishes as it is his property
