Q.
My father has freehold DDA flat with registry in his name.His age is about 80 years.my father has three son and 4 daughter.All are major.All his daughters are married and live with their husband. my mother has died He wants to transfer his property to one of his son's wife.What are the ways to transfer the property .My father doesn't want other children to know about the transfer of property.

Guessing it is not an ancestral property, he can either draw the will or give it as a gift deed.

Ask him to go to the office of the sub registrar of your area and transfer the property in the name of any one he feels like but please tell him he should only make a will and not tranfer the property as long as he is living rest, is his decision as per me this decision is totall y wrong
