My employer said as we have not deducted any TAX from your salary; therefore we are not suppose to provide you FORM 16.
is it RIGHT?? Becaz as per my knowledge employer suppose to provide FORM 16 to everybody!

As per statutory obligations , employers are obliged to deduct TAXES at source.
If not deducted, they should provide a "CERTIFICATE" stating therein the reasons for not deducting.

Form 16 is provided only when tax IS deducted. no tax deduction no form 16 as simple as that rupa jee
