Q.

What was good in the statement of Ravi Naik, home minister of Goa?
He opposed the direct rail service between Patna n Goa by stating that all the beggers from Bihar will start coming Goa.
What an insult to the people on the name of democracy, what an abuse to the right of expression...........cant we teach such leaders a good lesson on our own?

It seems he was talking about controlling beggar menace and how to limit the way they travel by trains. He was not talking about Biharis. The actual news item is available in NDTV site. Lalu Prasad Yadav had sought clarification and appears to be satisfied. So there has not been any apology from Naik.
