If it with ic circuit um80,..... (musical bell). then surly it will ring of its own when a fan or light is switched. now i dont have that ic um... or i would have shown you whic pin is to be grounded wth j a condensor. this IC gets trigered automatically when there is a electrical spark in house woring.

Bell boodha hogaya hai, badal daalo, varna sach moch koi bell bajaayega aur aap samjhenge ki ringing on its own.
