Yes, it can be changed with proper proof. You need to apply to NSDL, which is the agency for issue of PAN Cards.

Yes, it is possible to change your DOB.
You can do it online also or can do it by filing a form at UTI PAN office.
You will have to submit the relevant documents of your correct date of birth and wil have to fill the form known as "Changes or Correction in PAN data"

Yes you can change your DOB. Go to this link https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html and select change or Correction in PAN details.And follow the instructions as given.

Yes it can b changed u jst write a letter to their head and tk a proof and show that they cancelled their old PANcard n issue ur new PAN card

an Affidavit stating that earlier document was wrong.
