If the girl is slim & beautiful (as is felt by you) and studies in your college or works in your office, then try not to show up your intelligence extravagantly. If she is your mohalla girl, then dress up neatly (no ruggish dresses please) and go to your college/office at a particular point of time and maintain that time daily. Even if it is a holiday, move from the front of her house at that time and have a glance at her daily. May be she ignores you first but after a week or fortnight, she will see you regularly and if you don't go from that spot on some day she will start waiting you. Once you feel that she has waited for you or shown some concern for you, it means your goal is achieved and you can go forward to talk to her.
