there could be so many reason
cpu fan not functioning
smps fan not functioning
ram problem

.....first tell me here COMP stands for ur computer or ur compressor???...........if it's compressor of ur refrigerator, don't worry.....a PERFECTLY working compressor starts and stops automatically again and again :-))

Window corrupt ho gayi hai........ use repair karke dekho, na chale to system format karna padega.
