Whether it is Devi lal, Prakash singh Badal, Farooq Abdulla or Karunanidhi , all of them want their sons to be the next CM.And so since there is none to challenge Chandra Babu Naidu in the congress now, his son may be the better option.

If the members of legislative council choose him as a successor for his late father , and have good qualities , then he should get a chance.

As many have committed suicide over the CMs death, his popularity can be encashed by his son. He will certainly ride on the wave of sympathy and the high command may yield to his demand. How far he will become successful is a question.

With all due regards to the memory of YSR, an emphatic No.
This is where we go wrong politically, again and again.
A CM's post is a very responsible position for the State and the country and not something to be inherited.
In fact we are doing a diservice to the memory of YSR, by getting sentimental and ignoring the welfare of the people of AP, and he would not approved of it.
