Happiness in its true sense lies within us which is derived by the practice of loving to love yourself to keep yourself happy. One needs to be happy to make others happy too!!

If you are running after happiness, you will lose happiness. First realise, life is not meant for seeking happiness nor for enjoying. Leading a normal life should be the motto. This you can have when you conduct all affairs as a matter of duty. The satisfaction you derive in leading this kind of life is the real happiness.
