Mumbai.. is the Hub of Organised Crime, from extortion to human trafficking and various mafia, smuggling etc are done from the Mumbai coastal..
What according to you should be the approach to explore these crimes one by one and make the Authority accountable to it??

Restrict Mumbai police to just traffic control and bring in some paramilitary force from other state for six months or year to deal with all kind anti-social element. This force should be reported to a HM, who should be answerable for the end result in a year.
The other option is carefully chosen independent commando force with license to kill.
