Honey is composed of sugars like glucose and fructose and minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium chlorine, sulphur, iron and phosphate.
It contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3 all of which change according to the qualities of the nectar and pollen. Besides the above, copper, iodine, and zinc exist in it in small quantities. Several kinds of hormones are also present in it. Approximately one half of the human diet is derived directly or indirectly from crops pollinated by bees. Today honeybees are an essential part of a healthy agriculture economy.
If you have allergies, honey can be beneficial. If you eat honey that is local to your area, it may help prevent your seasonal allergies. Bees use the pollen from local plants and eventually it ends up in your honey.

Honey is the name of a sweetheart, anybody's who gives you good company, love, may be married to you and gives you physical pleasure to the extent of spiritual bliss and because of all these sweet qualities which have no negative effect like the real honey, you call her Honey out of love !

Honey is 1 of d easiest foods 2 digest.... honey is used in many cough syrups coz its smooth, thick texture soothes throats , As a result of honey's unique ability 2 treadily absorb air, it is often used as a moistening agent in baking , Honey cums in all types of colors and flavors. its gives energy to d body to workout whole day..... :)

For Curing Arthritis-A paste should be made from one part honey and two parts of luke warm water added with a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. This paste should be massaged on the itching part of the body and the pain should recede within fifteen minutes in most cases.
Hair Loss-For hair loss or baldness, patients may apply a paste made out of hot olive oil, one tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. This should be applied before they take bath and keep it for approximately 15 minutes. After that they can wash it off with luke warm water.
