Unless there is law to disqualify unruly people in state assemblies & parliament, there is no future for democracy in India. It will continue to be ruled by hooliguns & bullies.

Politicians are thick-skinned creatures. This is the quality one gets by birth. This breed of people has degenerated since India got independence and there is no chance of improvement as well.
