Yes, kyunki yahan ke friends ( VELLEY ) permanent BUSY nahi ho sakte :P Maybe he/she is temporarily busy..and if one is claiming "FRIEND", that person could wait na ?

I come when I am free and if there will be anyone then ok will ask Qs and answer then will leave
actually the days when I used to come for my friends over now I come when I get time and feel boring
