My friends sis was dumped in her house when she was sick with depression and the husbands was not giving maintence even now after 7yrs he wants her,what should be done.

In this juncture we have no alternative than filing a maintainance case in judicial first class magistrate court or lodging a complainant with the police as per IPC/prevention of domestic violance act or some relevant.
