This indicates a grim picture with the silver-lining being that at least one million being there on wive's visa, Government of India do not need to bear their pressure here. The pressure is now on the US resources. And regarding the NRIs I am of the opinion, they be stripped of extra benefits of taxes in India. Let them enjoy the second class citizenship of US and drain out Indian talent in US at a lower cost.
