Q.
T V Mohandas Pai, former director of human resources and administration, may have quit Infosys in a hurry, hardly suppressing his anger while questioning the process for selecting the CEO.As an insider waiting in Q , the Infosys chief should have given him an opportunity to become his successor , a sincere person has been denied his due ,Mr. K.V. Kamath might have been a better person not proved himself other than in banking .It shows lack of objective assessment and proper merit rating in the management .-comment

For a CEO post the rules must be flexible and the most deserving person should be inducted . Had he not left in haste probably the management might have considered all pros and cons and given a chance . But alas it was not to be ! I believe Pai was certainly better candidate .
